PLAYFIT

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 24, 2026

The short version: your camera video is processed on your own device and never leaves it. We count visits and classes played with a random ID. If you choose to sign in with Google for the leaderboard, we keep your Google account ID and the display name you pick.

Your camera

PlayFit uses your device's camera to see your moves. The video is analysed in your browser, on your device. No video, photo or body-tracking data is uploaded, recorded or stored by us.

What we collect when you play

If you sign in with Google (optional)

Signing in is never required to play. If you choose to sign in to put your scores on a leaderboard, Google sends us a unique account ID along with your basic profile (name and email). We store only the account ID, the display name you choose (shown on the leaderboard) and your scores. We do not store your email address. Google's first name is only offered as a suggestion for the display name; nothing is saved until you choose one. You can change your display name at any time.

To keep this working we also store two technical links: the random ID of the browser you sign in on (so a score counts only on the device it was played on), and a sign-in session that keeps you signed in for up to 180 days. For the session we store a fingerprint of a random code, not the code itself.

What we don't do

Where it is stored

The site and its data are hosted on Cloudflare. Usage events and leaderboard entries are kept only as long as needed to run the game and understand how it is used.

Your choices

Children

PlayFit is designed for families. Sign-in is meant for adults (or with a parent's permission); children can play without signing in.
